Thanks to Ann for beefing up the photo stock of Court, I'll spread them out over the next few days. There may or may not be some visuals from 80's night coming in the near future.

Today is a miracle day! But then every day that Court makes a stride ahead is a true miracle... Today Court followed commands from the Drs. and nurses. She is now opening her mouth, sticking out her tongue(she always was good at that) and smiling when asked. She has moved both arms, stretched her hands and repositioned both of her legs on her own. She does the leg and arm movements when she is sleeping and hasn't done that yet awake but that's coming soon I'm sure. Once again this amazing girl is showing us all what a marvelous will to live and progress she has. Once again, it is due in no small part to the love, support and strength of her dear friends and family. I can't thank you all enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you......Julie
Court had a great night. I left het around 9am Julie had arrived earlier, just in time for Court's neurological team to examine her. Carol, her wonderful nurse, proceeded to wake her and in her booming voice, ask her to do things. "Stick out you tongue Courtney" SHE DID! "Smile Courtney" SHE DID! Less than 1 hour before another Neuro doc had been in to check her. Coutney actually MOVED HER LEGS a little. The plan is to completely ween her off the vent today TOO!
Keep sending your thougts, your love and your prayers for her.
