Hi Everybody,
I just left the hospital so Courtney could get some much needed rest, she's breathing well but it's tiring work. The contrast in these pictures gives me a good laugh, she's the outdoorsy type and PBR type (aren't we all?).

So full of life! So happy. Courtney, keep up the good work. You have a wonderful person in Sean cheering you on every step of the way. Your friends, family and new circle of electric elight surround you. God envelope Courtney in your love as she finds her way on this journey.

I just came back from seeing Courtney and Doug was there. We talked about Courtney biking across Maine for the Lung Society Fundraiser, and Courtney getting the J-30 ready for summer, and other boating talk. I was pleased to hear that Courtney got SCUBA certified on her trip to Honduras after the semester. I told her that she had to get well so we could SCUBA dive, and Doug added sailing. They took her off to MRI, and I am wishing her well today.

Doug and I used to wonder if Courtney ever partied. We kinda knew she was too discreet to tell her parents but we also sorta thought it would be a wierd throw back to Amish ancestors if she didn't. . . Now we have evidence.
